October News Round Up

A quick round up of our news for October...

In October Beyond Bamboo was honoured to be part of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance Summit in London. The networking opportunities as well as being asked to host the panel discussion with Youth Ambassadors from the Global Youth Awards was our highlight and we sincerely value the continued collaboration with the Alliance and the other organisations involved. The topic of conversation for the panel was 'The Labour Force of the Future'. We love hearing young people's perspectives easpecially when it comes to sustainability and social impact and so the fact that the hospitality industry is now welcoming these views to learn from and assist in change is extremely positive.

You can read more on this from one of the panelists Tia Chauhan. You can read all about the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance Summit from their perspective here.

The Sustainable Hospitality Alliance’s global summit concluded with a resounding commitment to propel the Pathway to Net Positive Hospitality as part of its 5-year strategy. Convening world-leading hotel brands, suppliers and partner organisations, participants united to accelerate aligned action, recognising the pressing need for progress from both a people and planet perspective.
